How long can we provisionally hold a wedding date, and what deposit is required to confirm it?
We can provisionally hold your chosen wedding date for up to 14 days. Full payment is then required no later than 21 days prior to your wedding event to secure the booking.
How many guests can you accommodate for the wedding day and evening reception?
Guest capacity depends on the function suite you choose. The Britannia Suite can accommodate up to 500 guests, the Windsor Suite up to 120, and the Blenheim Suite up to 90. For smaller celebrations, the Boardroom holds up to 10 guests, and the Burley Suite up to 16.
Are you licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel?
Yes, we are fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel.
What time can we access the function suite on the day of the wedding?
You will have access to the function suite from 08:00 until 22:00 on the day of your wedding.
Is parking available for wedding guests?
Yes, free on-site parking is available with 400 spaces, including 7 disabled bays, 5 coach spaces, and no height restrictions. All guests must register their vehicle details at reception, as the car park is operated by a third party, and failure to register may result in a parking penalty.
