How long can we provisionally hold a wedding date, and what deposit is required to confirm?
At the hotel, we can provisionally hold your chosen wedding date for up to 14 days. To secure and confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is then required.
How many guests can you accommodate for the wedding day and evening reception?
We can accommodate up to 150 guests for your wedding day celebrations, with space for up to 300 guests for the evening reception.
Are you licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel?
Yes, we are fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies.
What time can we access the function suite on the day of the wedding?
The function suite can be accessed from 8:00am on the morning of your wedding. If you require earlier access, please speak with our wedding coordinator, who will always do their best to accommodate your request.
Is parking available for wedding guests?
Yes, the hotel offers 25 secure on-site valet parking spaces, charged at £25.00 per night for cars and £15.00 per night for motorbikes. An NCP car park is also located next door, with charges varying depending on council rates and seasonal pricing.
