How long can we provisionally hold a wedding date, and what deposit is required to confirm it?
We can provisionally hold your wedding date for 14 days after providing your quotation. To secure the date, a deposit of 25% of the total cost is required.
How many guests can you accommodate for the wedding day and evening reception?
Capacity varies depending on the function room you choose. Our largest space can accommodate up to 240 guests for a seated meal or 300 guests in a theatre style layout.
Are you licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel?
Yes, we are fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies, including outdoor ceremonies.
What time can we access the function suite on the day of the wedding?
Access times depend on your agreed hire period and will be discussed with you on an event by event basis.
Is parking available for wedding guests?
On-site parking is available for £5 per 24 hours, with 180 spaces including 10 disabled bays and no height restrictions. All guests must register their vehicle details at reception, as the car park is operated by a third party. Failure to register may result in a parking penalty.
