How long can we provisionally hold a wedding date, and what deposit is required to confirm?
Your chosen date can be held for up to one week after receiving your quote. A £500 deposit is then required to secure and confirm your booking.
How many guests can you accommodate for the wedding day and evening reception?
Capacity varies by function room. The French Ballroom can host up to 130 guests, while the Princes Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Are you licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel?
Yes, we are fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies.
What time can we access the function suite on the day of the wedding?
You can access the function suite from 7am on the day of your wedding.
Is parking available for wedding guests?
Complimentary on-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis, with two electric vehicle charging points. All guests must register their vehicle details at reception, as the car park is operated by a third party. Failure to register may result in a parking penalty.
