  • Castles Suite – Our largest space, hosting up to 300 guests theatre-style or 220 for a banquet. With a private bar, reception area, and flexible layout, it’s ideal for conferences, trade shows, awards dinners, or weddings.

  • Lowry Room – Seating up to 60 delegates, this stylish space offers stunning views of the coastline, perfect for smaller meetings and social gatherings.

  • Boardroom – An elegant space for up to 30 guests, designed for high-level meetings or private dining.

  • Alnwick, Bamburgh, and Durham Rooms – Versatile rooms accommodating up to 80 delegates each, well-suited for training sessions, seminars, and networking events.

How many delegates can the venue accommodate?

We have five event rooms, with space for up to 300 delegates in our largest suite.

Where is the hotel located?

The hotel sits right by the seafront in Sunderland, just 3.2 miles from East Boldon train station and 35 minutes from Newcastle Airport. Free on-site parking is available.

Do you provide delegate packages?
