How long can we provisionally hold a wedding date, and what deposit is required to confirm it?
After your show around appointment, your preferred wedding date can be placed on provisional hold for up to four weeks. If another couple enquires about the same date, we may require a decision sooner. To secure the booking, a £500 non refundable deposit is required, after which your wedding contract will be drawn up, confirming the minimum number of guests. Once the contract is signed, your date is officially confirmed.
How many guests can you accommodate for the wedding day and evening reception?
We can accommodate up to 200 guests for your wedding day celebrations, with a maximum of 400 guests for the evening reception.
Are you licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel?
Yes, we are fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel, including the option for outdoor ceremonies.
What time can we access the function suite on the day of the wedding?
You can access the function suite from 7:00am on the day of your wedding. Earlier access may be available subject to availability and can be confirmed closer to your wedding date.
Is parking available for wedding guests?
Yes, free on-site car parking is available with no height restrictions. All guests must register their vehicle details at reception, as the car park is operated by a third party, and failure to register may result in a parking penalty.
