...for the exceptional service we received during our recent NEP Conference. From start to finish, the whole team looked after us wonderfully. Over the three days we were with you, nothing was ever too much trouble, and every detail was handled with such professionalism and care. The evening staff, in particular, were outstanding – incredibly well organised, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. The food across the event was also excellent – beautifully prepared, consistent with the menu tasting, and (quite remarkably for such a large event) consistently served piping hot. Thanks to your team’s hard work and commitment, our conference ran seamlessly, and we could not have asked for a better venue or service.
