Trafalgar Room
The Trafalgar Room, located on the ground floor, is one of our most versatile spaces—ideal for tailoring to your unique wedding vision. It comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests or can be divided into smaller suites, perfect for more intimate celebrations.
With its own balcony and dedicated foyer area, the Trafalgar Room offers excellent accessibility and convenience for your guests.
This flexible space can also be split into the Hamilton Room and Nelson Room, depending on the size and style of your event.

Queens Suite
The Queens Suite is a beautifully appointed space offering breathtaking sea views and a truly memorable setting for your special day. Conveniently located on the ground floor near the main hotel entrance, it features a private foyer and bar area, making it both elegant and easily accessible. Fully licensed for wedding ceremonies, it’s ideal for every part of your celebration.
For added flexibility, the Queens Suite can be divided into two smaller rooms—the Windsor Room and the Sandringham Room—to suit the size and style of your event.

Royal Suite
With a full capacity of up to 420 guests, the Royal Suite is our largest and most impressive function space—perfect for hosting grand celebrations with everyone you love. Featuring state-of-the-art lighting and ambient colour options, this suite can be tailored to complement your chosen wedding theme beautifully.
For added flexibility, the Royal Suite can be divided into the Balmoral Room and Buckingham Room to suit more intimate occasions or multi-part events.

...The staff involved were amazing, I couldn't have wished for a better day, they couldn't have been more accommodating, so kind and friendly, they really put me at ease. We had a cake made by the pastry chef, it was stunning, even better than the picture I asked him to copy. All the guests commented on how fantastic it was and how nice the food was. How long can we provisionally hold a wedding date, and what deposit is required to confirm?
Your chosen wedding date can be held provisionally for up to 7 days. To secure and confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is then required.
How many guests can you accommodate for the wedding day and evening reception?
Guest capacity depends on the function rooms you choose. Our largest space, the Royal Suite, can accommodate up to 600 guests in a theatre style layout.
Are you licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel?
Yes, we are fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies at the hotel.
What time can we access the function suite on the day of the wedding?
We always do our best to accommodate early access to the function suite. However, please note that this is subject to availability and will be confirmed closer to your wedding date.
Is parking available for wedding guests?
Yes, on-site parking is available for £7 per day. All guests must register their vehicle details at reception, as the car park is operated by a third party, and failure to register may result in a parking penalty.
