Yes—children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and the adult-to-child ratio is maintained to ensure safety.

Are opening hours consistent, or do they change during holidays and special dates?

Standard opening times are Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–19:00, Saturday 09:00–19:00, and Sunday 09:00–15:00. Please note that holiday periods (including festive and bank holidays) may affect operating hours—it's best to check directly before visiting.
