Car Parking
All of our golf hotels offer a free on-site car park available to all guests. Spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and no prior reservation is required. We recommend arriving early, especially during peak times, to secure parking close to the clubhouse or hotel entrance.
Course Yardage
Our golf hotels each offer a unique playing experience. Hollins Hall features a scenic 6,307-yard course, while Sprowston Manor offers a championship layout stretching 6,464 yards. Meon Valley, at 2,856 yards, provides a shorter course ideal for precision play.

Dress code / Etiquette
Golfers are kindly reminded that appropriate attire is required at all times—collared shirts with sleeves and proper golf shoes are mandatory, while denim, tracksuits, football or rugby shirts, and trainers are not permitted.
Prior to play, all guests must check in at reception and be prepared to arrive at the tee at least 10 minutes before their scheduled start time.
While on the course, players are expected to maintain a steady pace of play, observe good etiquette, and extend courtesy by allowing faster groups to play through when appropriate.
Practice Facilities / Driving Range
All three of our golf hotels—Hollins Hall, Meon Valley, and Sprowston Manor—feature a Toptracer-equipped driving range, providing advanced ball-tracking technology for both practice and entertainment. In addition, each venue offers a dedicated practice area with putting greens and nets, ideal for warming up or refining your game before heading out on the course.
