Join our Executive Club and earn points on your Elite Venue Selection stays and exchange them for money off vouchers for your next booking. You will have your very own Executive Club card to use whenever you stay with us.
Collect points with our Executive Club
You can start to collect points when you stay at our hotels or use our conference/banqueting facilities, purchase food, beverages or buy health and beauty treatments. Also, if you book your next stay with us before checking out, you will receive a double-points incentive.
Executive Club cards are available at all hotels in the group with the exception of the Trecarn Hotel.

Points are awarded by the hotel reception when paying your final bill.
Points for accommodation are ONLY awarded on bookings made directly, any bookings made via a 3rd party website or agent (eg Booking.com, Coach Company etc) are not eligible to receive points.
Guests must earn 250 points to receive a £25.00 voucher, for every £250 spent a voucher will be earned (£500 = £50 voucher, £750 = £75 voucher etc)
Only the participating hotels can accept & issue reward vouchers, all other hotels will decline any payments being made with these vouchers. Guests receive 1 point for every £1 spent on accommodation.
Guests must take the vouchers and card with them to pay final balance on arrival, if the guests lose any vouchers the hotel will ask for an alternative payment.
Vouchers can ONLY be used to pay for accommodation booked directly (Any 3rd party bookings will not accept these vouchers)
All vouchers are in denominations of £25.00, the maximum voucher amount is £100.00.
Guests can pay upto 80% of the booking value with Reward vouchers.
At the selected hotels guests can also earn points from money they spend on Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, Conference & Banqueting and Golf.
